Thank you for visiting and shopping at PatchPhrase, LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

Generally, non-custom orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Please keep in mind that we are an Active Duty Military Member owned and operated business. This means orders have the possibility to be delayed. We will inform you if there will be any delays via email or SMS message within 2-3 business days.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All CONUS orders over $50 will receive free shipping.

 

We ship via USPS using the First Class Mail service. You can elect to use a faster service at checkout. Alternative shipping methods will not be included in free shipping.

 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

All CONUS orders over $100 will receive postal insurance.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

PatchPhrase, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

PatchPhrase, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

PatchPhrase, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

International Shipping serves the same policies as Domestic, with exception to the modifications below.

We ship OCONUS via USPS using the Priority Mail service. You can elect to use a faster service at checkout. Alternative shipping methods will not be included in free shipping.

 

All OCONUS orders receive insurance.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Local Delivery Policy

 

PatchPhrase, LLC offers local delivery to customers located on Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This service has no charge.

 

Goods will be hand-carried into the designated address, providing we have access to the building. Orders delivered this way must have the building name and number along with the associated room number in the order notes to qualify for local delivery.
